After more than two decades in therapeutic, residential, and special education, I founded Morris Education Consulting to help schools, families, and students navigate complex educational decisions with experienced, straightforward guidance.
 

Throughout my career, I've served as a teacher, administrator, and educational leader, working closely with independent schools, public school districts, and families across a wide range of educational settings. That experience allows me to see challenges from multiple perspectives and develop solutions that are thoughtful, practical, and grounded in how schools actually operate.

Today, my work focuses on three areas: helping independent schools improve their educational systems and pursue sustainable growth, supporting college students who need additional support as they build independence, and guiding families through complex special education decisions. While each engagement is different, the work is rooted in the same approach: understanding the situation, identifying what matters most, and helping people evaluate their options and make sound decisions.
